Pradeep Cabs Refund Policy

At Pradeep Cabs, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to all parties involved.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Advance Booking: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
  • Same-day Cancellation: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Immediate Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up, no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Pradeep Cabs

  • If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up location without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation of cancellation. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Changes in Booking

  • If you wish to change your booking (e.g., date, time, or destination), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply based on the changes requested.
